After several years, Jeep finally listened and started producing a Jeep truck again in 2019, the Jeep Gladiator. The Gladiator offers the off-road capability of share several components of a traditional Jeep Wrangler, but with the addition of a 5-foot truck bed.
Although a 5-foot truck bed is a lot of extra space compared to a Wrangler, it's a little small for the user who needs a truck for work or long-distance overland travel. The solution, convert it to a flatbed tray using a MITs Alloy system.
Due to the practicality and ruggedness, flatbed trays are commonly found throughout Australia installed on Toyota Hilux, Land Cruisers, and other vehicles. By removing the factory bed and installing a tray, in most cases the vehicle storage platform increases. With a larger flat cargo surface and the addition of storage compartments, your truck becomes more practical and functional than in factory form. Essentially, converting your factory bed from a standard cargo box to a job site workhorse or overlanding machine.
Need storage for your worksite tools or all your camping gear for that week-long trip. MITs Alloy also offers a canopy solution with several configurations to suit your job or overlanding needs.
